The Origenes team is commanded by the Spanish Chef Jesús India, trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu school on its Madrid campus with the speciality of “Spanish Cuisine”, in addition to having extensive experience in different catering businesses where Spanish food it was his specialty.
His cuisine stands out for the care of the original product of his country, with special attention to rice dishes with the Valencian denomination seal and Spanish olive oils, as well as a careful selection of the rest of the products.
